Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Carrier delays may occur.

For calculated shipping prices: Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For flat rate shipping: We charge $9.99 to ship to all states in the USA.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email notification with the tracking number so you can track the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for order tracking information to update on the Post Office or carrier's website. 

If you do not receive your order X days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contato@totalstronger.com, providing your name and order number so that we can resolve your issue.

If your order arrives with any type of damage, please contact us as soon as possible by email at contato@totalstronger.com, providing the order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We analyze each case individually, but we always strive to offer a satisfactory solution to our customers.
